Implementation Evaluation Control

Implementation Evaluation Control is done when the company"The company first develops companywide strategic plans and then translates them into marketing and other plans for each division, product, and brand. Through implementation, the company turns the plans into actions. Control consists of measuring and evaluating the results of marketing activities and taking corrective action where needed. Finally, marketing analysis provides information and evaluations needed for all of the other marketing activities." Our plans to direct our attention torwards young to middle aged legal drinkers will be implemented through heavy advertisement in numerous activity filled populous areas such as clubs casinos and bars. While we control those implements through contracts and continuously cutting and adding partners. We will keep control by constantly molding to the general consumers desires but remain true to the necessary things that got us where we are today. Keeping and ear to the marketing ground, analyzing our strengths and weaknesses and wacthing out for both old and new competition are our basic beliefs for keeping the company afloat.

Price

We plan to base shoot for thee 20 to 25 dollar price range, since we believe we are selling a good quality extremely drinkable product that most consumers will be more then willing to pay that price for. We at first thought we should charge more but felt that since we are all in the clutches of a recession it would be wise to do our loving consumers some justice an give them a delicacy at a decent price. As we expand our horizons throughout the nation and eventually(yes eventually) take over the vodka world market we feel it may be necessary to either raise or lower the price based off of competition. For now 25 dollars seems like a more then adequate price range and we (us and consumers) should feel safe with this.

Promotion

Liquid Consummations promotions flair a dime a dozen! We just recently teamed up with local Vegas rapper DESiGn and had him concoct a short commercial diddy to be aired every 30mins on all popular radio stations (97.5,98.5,88.1, 93.5,etc,etc..) Sadly he did not have time to record it but he was kind enough to send in a blueprint of the finished product it goes as such:

LIQUID CONSUMMATION
TRY LIQUID CONSUMMATION
A DIVINE COMBINATION FOR MATERIAL EVAPORATION,
FUN FOR ALL OCCASCIONS WON’T HAVE ONE DRY CONVERSATION
WHEN YOUR OBLIGATIONS CONGREGATE WITH LIQUID CONSUMMATION
Liquid Consummation (LC) a NEW las VEGAS made VODKA made from the BEST things in LIFE.
Drink Liquid Consummation! A GOOD TIME, ALL THE TIME!…..this message has been approved by the LAS VEGAS ART INSTITUTE.

Distribution

Distribution ah sweet distribution!   Our plans for such sweet transfers of our product is to set up partnerships with a variety of liquor markets, casino stores, bars, clubs and gas stations to sell our product on location. A certain percentage of earnings will either be added on or cut off depending on whether they would like us to deliver the goods ourselves or if possible use their own company vehicles to pick it up. By now your probably wondering what company trucks correct? Pardon me for not mentioning but before i began this business endeavor i spent a brief stint working for my uncles moving company they have tons of trucks perfect for shipping our fragile, priceless cargo. I just recently finished completing and signing our contract of partnership so LC is ready to go!

WEEK 9 EOC Three Great Mission Statements

Week 9 EOC My Creative Content

Product

The Product!!! Liquid Consummation a fine brand of American Vodka concoted by one of thee most diabolikly genius mines our city has seen to date. Created in 2011 by Dewayne E Hernandez Liquid Consummation (or LC for short) is a vodka whose taste may be know different from any other vodkas but it's promotions, advertisements and promiscuous name will almost hypnotize the consumer into a good time. A catchy commercial hook and heavy mention on popular radio stations will make sure of that, with heavy rotations in the club scene to assure a "healthy" intoxication.  LC is made in an eleagant vodka refinery in the middle of death valley, Liquid Consummation is distilled from fermented wheat mash and is unaged. A fun fact about it is that it is made from the water from Vegas's own hoover dam and filtered through lava rocks from Hawaii, bringing a little tropical freshness to our desert atmosphere. The strangest thing consumers may want to know about LC's origins is that the creator is not even of legal drinking age! Pretty sketchy eh? But hey thats one of the great things about this country. But I digress, this product does not aim to change the face of Alcoholic Beverage Marketing (even tho it just may anyway) what we aim to do is to please the liquor loving pallet of our city! And we shall, oh yes, we shall.

Target Marketing Stradegy

We of LC VODKA have established a "target market" as stated in Armstrong & Kotler's (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing chapter 6 pg 24  a target market is "A set of buyers sharing common needs or characteristics that the company decides to serve."  Our target market is  the Las Vegas Drinking populous. We decided to go with an "Concentrated (niche) marketing" stradegy. Instead of going after all thee legal drinking aged citizens our region we decided to go only after a certain portion.  A    "Concentrated (niche) marketing stradegy " is a "A market-coverage strategy in which a firm goes after a large share of one or a few segments or niches".   Our niche is thee conservative drinker who drinks to heighten fun but does not need alcohol to achieve it. We look to gain intrests in the young 21 to older 35 with an bombardment of catchy commercials and even catchier slogans such as "Liquid consummation a good time, ALL THE TIMe" and so on and so forth. Instead of disasterously flirting with bigger markets like our numerous does, we are comfortable with being a city wide name until the proper time. By continuously fine tuning our product to generally shape our much smaller markets wants and needs both more effectively for them and more profitable for us in return.

SWOT Analysis

Objectives

The objectives of this revolutionizing vodka do not stray far from the norms of the many books already flooding the liquor market but does differ from the fact that success is guaranteed. We begin with market segmentation and market targeting. With branching out Liquid Consummation these two things WILL be key. Market Segmentation is "Dividing a market into smaller segments with distinct needs, characteristics, or behavior that might require separate marketing strategies or mixes." Basicly meaning who is currently buying liquor, what types, brands, and how many different price ranges are there in the liquor market that we are bringing our brand into. Sizing up the competition and the needs of our future consumers in certain areas. After completing that market targeting is neccesary, market targeting is "The process of evaluating each market segment’s attractiveness and selecting one or more segments to enter." To sort through the market "segments" and "target" which one we would like to pursue. We've already done that. With Liquid Consummation we would like to target the 21 to 35 age radius with a price range of approximately 35 dollars. Our objective is to have our product to be consumed at party settings, club scenes and relaxation periods. With heavy emphasis on club scenes we're almost assured a reputation of a good time. Look to see Liquid Consummation on the shelves, billboards, television screens and stirring your kidneys sometime this year.

Business Mission Statement

Completely devoted to ensuring consumers with a formal yet promiscuous atmosphere that matches any get together setting. We are going to build an experience that both "establish and maintain profitable customer relationships" To bring an American vodka like the best but unlike the rest is our aims and painstakingly hard work to give our thirsty buyers everything and more that they deserve. And lastly to create a vodka that revolutionizes any previous thoughts widely held for what Vodka is. ZING!

Eoc/ Final Project "Pitch"

Liquid Consummation the vodka of the future, a fulfillment of all the desires currently missing in the world of alcohol. Lasting clean enjoyment that's excellent for any drinking experience, straight or mixed. . Liquid Consummation seals you to a good time with its cool crisp taste hailing from a city known for its love of liquor (las vegas, NV). Made in an eleagant vodka refinery in the middle of death valley, Liquid Consummation is distilled from fermented wheat mash and is unaged. A fun fact about it is that it is made from the water from Vegas's own hoover dam and filtered through lava rocks from Hawaii, bringing a little tropical freshness to our desert atmosphere. Hailing from a party city such as Las Vegas LC (Liquid Consummation) is thee liquid embodiment of a good time, sure to bring enjoyment to any party setting and life to any get together. EOC 4 Theres An APP for That???

Honestly Theres an App for EVERYTHING! If your in the application business and you think you've come up with something completely innovative and crazy chances are you haven't. Theres just so many put there. Which brings me to the topic of this day. THere are just some apps that are just to damn stupid to even believe that they are truly legitimate. For example take this app its supposed to help people stop smoking and is supposedly useful in restaurants movies and any place where smoking is prohibited. Its called the "Fake Smoker app" what it does is put a picture of a lit cigarette on your screen. Thats it. A LIT CIG ON YOUR SCREEN! And thats supposed to help people stop smoking? If anything I believe that staring at a lit cigarette for a smoker would do nothing other then make them fiend even more for a real non digital smoke. Completely useless app honestly believe it was created by a major cig company to hypnotize its customers. But honestly the dumbest app i think is for those who love office work so much that they want to take the feeling with them everywhere they go. Its called the "SimStapler". Which does exactly what the name entails....simulates you stapling digitally. I mean seriously? There's an app for THAT??? Weak, but i just believe there's just a lot of people with technical capabilities that have a lotta time on there hands but not enough good ideas to properly use them. For all you app makers out there if your gonna do something make it useful and charge em a dollar to enjoy it.

BOC 4 Phone Applications that haven't been made yet

Apps? Haha seem to almost be a necessity rather then just a playful commodity these days. There are thousands of apps popping up every day for almost anything and everything. But it I had the opportunity to create and manufacture my own cell app what would they be? Well i Have few ideas. My first app would be useful to all of those who care about there personal appearance hygene and need feedback on those certain aspects. I'd call it the "Mirror Mirror on the call APP". This app would let you take a picture of yourself through your phone and then it'll rank your appearance smell cleanliness and fashion sense. Completely on those stressful day when your trying to get freshened up before a party, date or job interviews. My second app would be of great importance to college students who struggle to scrape up enough money to get college textbooks. It'd be called the "Textbook Priceline's Price Find APP" It'd be an application where students could use to find cheap used or new books for college students by college students. Kinda like a craigs list for textbooks where you search for books by area location price and even school and make bids to get your chosen textbook. My third app would be helpful for those who like to go out and eat but are turned off by fast food joints my app would be called the "Is it really safe to eat there? APP". Its properties would be to rate unknown or known non mainstream food places. Allow others to rate all aspects food type qualities and daily specials location annnnd phone number. The food places themselves would put in there own basic info but the customers themselves would do the rating. Those would be my three innovating ideas that would change the application world and put the big dogs in there kennel. What would you create?

Week 3 EOC My Demographics

Millennials.
That is my generation, all of you out there born in between the years 1977 to 2000 we are one and the same. Our characteristic tendecies and i quote from the Marketing: An Introduction for Education Management Corporation, 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong &Philip Kotler is our "utter fluency and comfort with digital technology". Which I agree with 100%, my peers and myself included are some technological fiends! From the Ipods, computers, game consoles and cell phones it seems that our whole livelihood is fuled entirely by our desire for the newest tech gadget. It also describes my demographic group as being the new target for marketing companies which I also agree with 100% since we are becoming thee major consumers of this new technological push, we are taking the reigns over from the baby boomers and generation x and slowly coming into power ourselves. All in all I like my group and feel that our generation will turn this flipped world inside out or we may do more damage then ever before..who knows will just have to wait and see.

Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service

Customer  Service, A commonly over used term  nowadays by today’s businesses maybe to common a term if you ask me, but as common as it is by those who use it it does not seem to be as popular in delivery as it is to preach.  Customer service is the main component of marketing to enforce your customer’s needs and wants is a definite way to increase business anything else is just bad customer service. Sadly my 20 years of life has almost made it seem like I was destined for the latter, receiving bad service as a customer that is. So much bad service has slammed its way into my already meek at best wallet that I find it hard to believe any “good” customer service quirk that a company pitches at me.  Kind of grinded me into that old man’s way of thinking “if it’s too good to be true, it probably is”. But that’s neither here nor there the purpose of this my very first blog posting ever was to try my best  to pick an event out my pain riddled customer unserved past that was actually “good”. Well one of my biggest concerns in life was the quality of  my haircut that I received from my barbers. I was never dedicated to one so I was constantly switching from barber to barber. The price wasn’t the problem it was the time spent and finished product, I was never pleased with my fade! I admit my lack of barber terms and hair styles at the time had to do with it but who cares I paid to look fresh fly and cool not be angry unconfident and 10 $ poorer then I was 30 minutes before. Anyway through my girlfriend at the time I found my way into the Masterpiece Barbershop  a clean barber shop with cool looking barbers what stuck out to me was the fact that they had pretty dope haircuts. Anyway I get my cut, but what stood out to me was that after I explained my lack of knowledge for the terms used for hairstyles he asked to give an example of how I imagined my ideal haircut to be. After I explained he nodded and commenced his work the time and techniques he used  to cut my hair I’ve never seen before and I’ve been to a lot of shops in my day. The finished result was great I loved it, it was a little more expensive then what I usually paid but the cut was so good I had no problems paying it. Great Service he even gave me a complimentary discount after I tipped even threw in a free cut on my next visit. Great marketing technique since I’ve been a weekly customer going on 6 years now. This was an example of wonderful customer service skills and more then that great marketing tools. He knew that the essence   marketing “is managing profitable customer relationshipswhich is proven by my constant returning case closed.

Week 3 EOC: Making Money for Good

Making Money for Good? Hmm what an intresting prospect and i'm not talking about making MONEY for LIFE. I'm talking about making money for a cause that benifits other people and does almost nothing for yourself other then gets you a pat on the back when you meet God or whoever you believe in. Charities are a prime example of making money for good causes. These are completely NECESSARY. Because if those who HAVE don't give to those who DON"T and are unable to then who will?
